Ya wajaba ayi adalci a lamura na zahiri (kamar abinci, tufa) tsakanin kishiyoyi, Annabi SAW yana cewa: “Duk Wanda yake da mata biyu, amma bai yi adalci a tsakaninsu ba, zai zo ranar alkiyama sahensa daya a shagide”.
Ya halatta in kana da mata guda biyu ka fi son daya daga ciki, ka fi jin dadin saduwa da ita, ka fi dadewa a dakinta, Annabi SAW ya fi son nana Aisha akan duka matansa tara da ya mutu ya bari, kuma matansa da sahabbansa sun san hakan, kamar yadda ya tabbata a sahihul Bukhari.

CAN A WOMAN URINATE WHILE STANDING ?
*Question:*
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuhu. Please Malam, what is the Islamic ruling concerning a woman or a man who urinates while standing?
*Answer:*
It is permissible for a man to urinate while standing, this is supported by a hadith narrated by Bukhari: “Prophet went to a certain people’s waste land and urinated while standing” as it was narrated by Bukhari with the Hadith number: 222.
In spite of the fact that, any ruling that comes from the prophetﷺ is applicable to both man and woman if there’s no reason to separate it, indeed, a woman’s urination while standing will cause problems in her (body) purification due to the nature of her creation.
It is one of the laws of Shari’a – To introduce forth an obligation over what has been made permissible. It’s permissible for a woman to urinate while standing but it comes with difficulty in ensuring a perfect purification without which prayers will not be genuine.
All hadiths that came with the saying concerning the Prophet’s forbidding of urinating while standing are not authentics except the hadith of Nana A’isha whose authenticity was rendered valid by Hakim, where she was saying:
“Whoever tells you the Prophet ﷺ urinated while standing, you should not believe him.” This was narrated by Nasa’i with Hadith number: 29.
The Ulama’ are saying: her sayings could be considered in the sense of narration concerning what she must have seen. However, this does not mean that there could be something different that she does not know, since it’s not every time that she sits together with him, this is one of the rules in the sight of scholars of Usulul-fiqh (Root Of Islamic Jurisprudence:
He who is sure of something, his saying will be given higher priority over one who’s not. Because of that, one that is sure has special additional knowledge not apparent to the latter.

Assalamu’Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh! Don Allah Mallam ina fatawa akan batun Auren yarinyar da Mijinta suka samu matsala har ta kai ga ta koma gida akan cewa ba ta son shi.
A takaice dai mijin da yaje gidan su, ya tambayeta akan ‘yanzu me take so’? Sai tace masa ita rabuwa take so su yi, Sai yace mata to kije mun rabu, Kuma gobe kafin karfe 10 na safe ki zo ki kwashe kayanki, Kuma ki bada ‘yata a kawo min, Sai ta ce da shi ai a rubuce ake yi, sai yace mata, ai sanda aka daura auren ba’a ce ya rubuta ba, saboda haka yanzu ma ba sai ya rubuta ba. Bayan anyi haka, sunje kwashe kaya sai yace ai shi bai ce ya sake ta ba. Har sai da lamarin ya kai ta matsa masa akan takardar, sai ya rubuta cewa” Ni wane na saki matata saki daya, amma na maida ita”
Mallam sai tace masa ai ba’a rubuta haka Saidai ya rubuta sakin kawai.. amma maidawar Sai ya zo daga baya a furuci kawai. Sai ya karbi wannan takardar ya yaga ya sake rubuta wata, cewa yayi saki daya, a bisa sharadin in yayi hakan za ta koma? Tace da shi za ta koma. To amma bayan ya rubuta sai Ta ce ita wallahi ba zata koma ba. Shi kuma mijin yace ya maida ta, ita kuma ta ce wallahi ba za ta komaba koda ko zata mutu ne.
Malam tace ita aurenshi ya zamo mata wani abin al’ajabi don ba ta taba jin sonsa a ranta ba ko da da kwayar zarra ne a ranta. saboda munanan halayensa sun sa ba ta iya yi masa biyayya ko kadan. Kuma tace ba zata taba iya yin hakan ba. Don haka sai take ganin hanyar halaka ce suka kama dukkansu. Don haka ita bazata iya komawa ba, Shi kuma yace halayensa da basu da kyau babu wanda ya isa yasa shi ya canza, koda ko mahaifiyar sa ce da mahaifin sa, malam yana neman mata, da tayi magana sai yace mata wallahi yanzu ya soma. Wai meyasa iyayenta ba su yi bincikeba tun farko, suka daura musu auren?
Don Allah Malam menene mafita anan? Yanzu haka saboda bakin cikin lamarin , tana nan a kwance ba lafiya.

Sakin mace da baki yana daidai da sakinta a rubuce, magana ma tafi rubutu karfi a shariance, don haka ta saku tun furuncinsa na farko.
Idan miji ya saki matarsa saki daya yana da damar da zai mata kome mutukar ba ta gama idda ba, kuma iyayen matar ko ita kanta ba su da damar da za su ja masa birki kamar yadda aya ta (228) a suratul Bakara ta tabbatar da hakan.
Idan bangaren amarya da Ango suka jaa daaga aka kasa samun matsaya, zuwa kotu shi ne maslaha, fatawa ba za ta yi tasiri ba, saboda alkali yana da karfin hukuma, malami kuma aikinsa bada hukuncin Allah kawai, wannan yasa nake baku shawarar zuwa kotu don ta warware muku rikicin da kuke ciki.
Ya halatta mace ta nemi saki idan ya zamanto akwai cutarwa tsakaninta da mijinta ko kuma ba za ta iya tsayawa da hakkokinsa ba, kamar yadda kissar Thabit bn Kais bn Shammas da matarsa Jamila ta tabbatar da hakan a hadisai ingantattu.

Magabata sun kasance suna bada himma wajan amfana da lokacinsu, ba sa barin wani bangare na lokacin ya tafi a banza, kai wasu ko bayan gida suka shiga suna da wanda zai yi musu karatu daga waje, don kar wannan lokacin ya tafi a banza, daga cikin malamai akwai wanda ba ranar da take wuce shi bai yi wani ilimi da zai amfane shi ba, na san malamin da ya lazimci IBNU BAAZ bai taba fashi ba a darusansa a cikin shekaru ashirin da bakwai sai sau daya, Imamu shafi’i yana cewa :
أليس من الخسران أن ليالياً * * تمرّ بلا نفعٍ وتحسب من عمري
*Ma’ana :*
Yanzu ba ya cikin asara darare su wuce ban amfana da su ba (wajan neman ilimi) kuma na kirga su a cikin shekaruna na rayuwa
Sannan kar ka jinkirta neman ilimi zuwa wani lokaci na musamman, kar ka ce sai lokaci kaza zan fara, saboda ajalinka zai iya zuwa ba ka sani ba, kamar yadda wasu mutanen suke yi idan aka yi musu maganar neman ilimi sai ya ce misali shekara mai zuwa zan fara, wannan kuskure ne saboda shekarar za ta iya zuwa da wasu abubuwa wadanda za su hana ka neman ilimin.
Kuma wadannan kwanakin, da suke zuwa su wuce ba za su taba dawowa ba, kamar yadda kowa ya sani, Hasanul Basari yana cewa (Ya kai Dan Adam ba wani abu ba ne kai illa kwanaki, duk lokacin da kwanaki su ka tafi, to wani bangarenka ya tafi). duba hilyatu Al-auliya’a na Asfahani 2\147
