Malam ya cigaba da bayani game da
HUKUNCIN DA’AWAH. .
2● DA’AWAH A MATSAYIN FARDUL
KIFAYAH:
.
Mafi yawan malamai sun raja’a akan
cewa da’awah aiki ne na fardul kifayah wato aiki ne da ya wajaba akan dukkan
musulmai, amma idan wasu yanki na
jama’a zuka rungumi gabatar da wannan
aiki, wajibcin yin aikin ya sauka akan
sauran jama’a.
. Wannan ra’ayi ya ginu ne bisa hujjar
cewa: ALLAH (SWT) acikin ayar da yayi
umurnin aikin da’awah, cikin suratul
suratul Ali-imran cewa yayi: “Kuma wata
jama’a daga cikinku ta kasance…” wato
yankin jama’a ba kowa da kowa ba. .
Ibnul Arabi yana da ra’ayin cewa fadin
ALLAH cewa: “Za’a samu wasu al’umma
daga cikinku” wanda ishara ne da
wajibcin yin da’awah, yana nuni ne da
kasancewar da’awah Fardul kifayah ne. .
Haka ma Imam Ibnu Kathir acikin tafsirin
wannan aya ya bayyana cewa: wannan
aya tana nusar da cewa dole a samu
wani rukuni daga cikin al’ummar
musulmai da zasu rungumi aikin umurni da kyawawan aiki da hani zuwa ga
munana, duk kuwa da kasancewa
wannan aiki yana kan ko wani musulmi
gwargodon iyawarsa.
.
Sheikh ibn Taimiyyah ya jaddada wannan ra’ayi, inda yake cewa: “umurni
da kyawawan ayyuka da hani da munana
bai wajaba akan kowa da kowa bisa
kasancewarsa Fardul Ain ba, sai dai bisa
kasancewarsa Fardul kifayah, wato wasu
mutane zasu iya daukewa wa wasu, kamar yadda dalilai suka tabbata acikin
alkur’ani…” Amma idan aka rasa samun
wadanda zasu gabatar da wannan
muhimmin aiki, wato aka bar aikin
da’awah baki daya, to anan ukubar da
zata biyo baya zata game kowa da kowa, kuma a wannan lokaci yin da’awah ya
hau kan dukkan musulmai baki daya
babu wanda zai fita.

Malam ya cigaba da bayani akan
HUKUNCIN DA’AWAH bisa aiki na wajibi ga dukkan musulmai.
.
Amma malamai sunyi sabani akan cewa
shin wannan wajabcin ya game kowa da
kowa ko kuma wasu al’umma daga cikin
musulmai zasu iya daukewa sauran awajen wajibci.
.
Daga cikinsu akwai masu ganin cewa
wannan Umurni ya game dukkan
musulmai, don haka wajibcin da’awah
gamamne ne ba a daukewa kowa ba. .
Alal Misali Sheikh Muhammad Abduh
wani shahararren malami da ya rayu a
Misra yana cewa acikin tafsirinsa “Da’awa
zuwa ga aikin alkhairi, umurni da
kyawawan ayyuka da hani zuwa ga munana farilla ne da ya game dukkan
musulmai, kamar yadda zahirin ayar
alkhur’ani ya nuna.
.
Masu irin wannan fahinta suna ganin
cewa Umurnin da ALLAH ya bayar cewa ” Kuma wata jama’a daga cikin Ku” yana
nufi ne Yaku al’ummar musulmi Ku
kasance masu da’awah zuwa alkhairi, ku
zama masu umurni da kyawawan ayyuka
da hani zuwa ga munana. Wato wannan
umurni daga ALLAH gamammen umurni ne kuma kalmar daga cikinku ko ﻣﻨﻜﻢ (Min kum) a larabce, an kawo ta ne don Karin
bayani amma badon takaitawa ko
kebancewa ba, suka ce irin wannan salo
yazo acikin alkur’ani a suratul Hajj aya ta
30 a inda ALLAH (SWT) Yake cewa:
. ﺫَٰﻟِﻚَ ﻭَﻣَﻦ ﻳُﻌَﻈِّﻢْ ﺣُﺮُﻣَﺎﺕِ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻓَﻬُﻮَ ﺧَﻴْﺮٌ ﻟَّﻪُ ﻋِﻨﺪَ ﺭَﺑِّﻪِ
ﻭَﺃُﺣِﻠَّﺖْ ﻟَﻜُﻢُ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻧْﻌَﺎﻡُ ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻣَﺎ ﻳُﺘْﻠَﻰٰ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻜُﻢْ ﻓَﺎﺟْﺘَﻨِﺒُﻮﺍ
ﺍﻟﺮِّﺟْﺲَ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻭْﺛَﺎﻥِ ﻭَﺍﺟْﺘَﻨِﺒُﻮﺍ ﻗَﻮْﻝَ ﺍﻟﺰُّﻭﺭِ
.
“Wancan ne, kuma wanda ya girmama
hukunce-hukuncen ALLAH, to shine mafifici agare shi, awurin Ubangijinsa.
Kuma an halatta muku dabbobin ni’ima,
face abunda ake karantawa akanku,
saboda haka Ku nisanci kazanta daga
(cikin) gumaka, kuma ku nisanci kazanta
daga shaidar Zur.” [Hajj:30] .
Wato kamar yadda akayi amfani da
kalmar ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻭﺛﺎﻥ Minal authan wato “daga cikin gumaka” badon ana nufin kebance
wasu gumaka daga kazanta ba. Haka
shima kebancewa da akayi a ﻣﻨﻜﻢ (Min kum) wato “wata jama’a daga cikin ku” ba
yana nuni ne da takaita Umurni ga wasu
mutane kawai ba. Sai dai maganar mafi
yawan malamai shine bata wajaba ga
kowa da kowa ba, domin da’awah tana
bukatar ilimi, kuma ba kowa bane yake da wannan ilimin, sannan gashi kima ﻣﻦ tazo acikin ayar.

Wasu malamai kuma suna ganin da’awah
na iya zama wajibi ga musulmi a Inda ba
babu wanda zai iya da’awar sai shi a
wurin, ko kuma babu wanda yafi wannan mutumin cancantar gudanar da da’awar a
tsakanin mutanen dake a wannan wurin
sai shi.

HUKUNCIN DA’AWAH
. Kamar yadda bayani ya gabata, da’awah
aiki ne na Annabawa da Mursalai. Haka
kuma aiki ne na dukkan wadanda suka yi
imani da sakonnin da suka zo dashi
acikin al’ummomin su. Don haka, gabatar
da aikin kira Da’a, yana iya daukan hukunce-hukunce daban-daban bisa
la’akari da masu Isar da sakon da kuma
irin sakon da ake isarwa. A bisa wannan
dalili ne, malamai suka yi maganganu
akan hukuncin yin da’awah acikin
al’umma. Wato yin da’awah yana iya daukan hukunce- hukunce mabanbamta
bisa banbamcin yanayin aikin. Bisa
wannan ne malamai suka zo da hukunce-
hukuncen da’awah kamar haka:
.
1● DA’AWAH A MATSAYIN AIKI NA WAJIBI GA DUKKAN MUSULMAI:
.
Aikin da’awah ko isar da sakon ALLAH ga
bayinsa wajibi ne ga dukkan Annabawa
da Manzannin ALLAH, domin shine aikin
da ALLAH ya turo su bayan kasa domin isarwa. Kasancewar Manzanni da
Annabawan ALLAH zasu iya isar da
sakonni ne kai tsaye ga wadanda suka
riska a zamanin rayuwarsu, don haka ake
bukatar wadanda zasu daukaka muryar
su saboda isarwa ga sauran al’ummomin su. Domin ta hanyar da’awah ne sakon
ALLAH zai mamaye duniya.
.
A bisa wannan daliline ALLAH (SWT) ya
wajabta yin da’awah, kamar yadda yazo
acikin littafinsa Maigirma: .
ﻭَﻟْﺘَﻜُﻦ ﻣِّﻨﻜُﻢْ ﺃُﻣَّﺔٌ ﻳَﺪْﻋُﻮﻥَ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺍﻟْﺨَﻴْﺮِ ﻭَﻳَﺄْﻣُﺮُﻭﻥَ
ﺑِﺎﻟْﻤَﻌْﺮُﻭﻑِ ﻭَﻳَﻨْﻬَﻮْﻥَ ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻨﻜَﺮِ ﻭَﺃُﻭﻟَٰﺌِﻚَ ﻫُﻢُ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻔْﻠِﺤُﻮﻥَ
.
“Kuma wata jama’a daga cikinku, su
kasance suna kira zuwa ga alkhayri, kuma suna umurni da alkhayri, kuma
suna hani daga abunda ake ‘Ki, kuma
wad’annan sune masu cin nasara.” [Ali-
imran: 104]
.
Wannan aya tazo da wajabcin aikin umurni da kyawawan ayyuka da hani
zuwa ga munana, Kamar yadda maluma
suka bayyana Kalmar ” Kuma wata
jama’a daga cikinku, su kasance ..” tana
nuni da umurni daga ALLAH zuwa ga
al’ummar musulmai na suyi aikin da’awah.
.
Sannan kuma hadisi ya tabbata daga
Abu Sa’idul Kudriy (RA) Yace: Manzon
ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)
Yace: ” Wanda yaga wani abun Ki acikin ku ya chanja shi da hannunsa, idan bazai
iya ba ya chanja shi da harshensa, idan
bazai iya ba ya Ki shi a zuciyar shi,
wannan shine mafi raunin imani.” [Sahih
Muslim]. Wannan shi ma umurni ne da ya
wajabta yin aikin da’awah. .

HUKUNCIN DA’AWAH
. Kamar yadda bayani ya gabata, da’awah
aiki ne na Annabawa da Mursalai. Haka

FALALAR DA’AWAH
. Da’awah tana da fa’ida da falala mai
yawa, ta dukkan fuskoki, Da’awah tana
da dunbun falala ta fuskar wadanda ake
isarwa sakon da kuma ta bangaren masu
aikin isar da sakon. ALLAH (SWT) Yana
cewa acikin littafinsa Maigirma: .
ﻭَﻣَﻦْ ﺃَﺣْﺴَﻦُ ﻗَﻮْﻟًﺎ ﻣِّﻤَّﻦ ﺩَﻋَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﻋَﻤِﻞَ ﺻَﺎﻟِﺤًﺎ
ﻭَﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺇِﻧَّﻨِﻲ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺴْﻠِﻤِﻴﻦَ
.
“Kuma wanene Mafi kyau ga magana
daga wanda yayi kira zuwa ga ALLAH, kuma ya aikata aiki na kwarai, kuma
yace, ‘lallai ni, ina daga masu sallamawar
al’amari zuwa ga ALLAH
(musulmai).” [Fussilat:33]
.
Daga wannan zamu iya fahimtar irin tarin alherin dake cikin aiki da’awah da ladan
da ALLAH ya tanada saboda masu
wannan aiki. Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu
Alaihi Wasallam) Yayi bayanin falala mai
yawa da mai aikin da’awah yake dashi.
Wasu daga cikin hadisan da suke nuni zuwa ga falalan masu da’awah sun hada
da hadisin:
.
● Abu-hurairah (RA) cewa: Manzon
ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Yana
cewa: “Duk wanda yayi kira zuwa shiriya, yana da lada tamkar Ladan wanda yayi
aiki da wannan shiriyar, ba tare da an
rage ladar wanda yayi aikin da shiryarwar
ba, haka kuma wanda yayi kira zuwa ga
bata yana da zunubin wanda yayi aiki da
kiransa, ba tare da an rage zunubin wanda ya aikata wannan mummunan
aikin (Batan) ba.” [Imam Muslim]
.
● Haka Kuma, Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu
Alaihi Wasallam) Yana cewa: “Mutum
daya ya samu shiriya ta hannunka yafi da a baka jajayen rakuma.” [Bukhari da
Muslim]
.
● A wani hadisin kuwa, Manzon ALLAH
(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Yana cewa:
“Duk wanda ya shiryar zuwa wani alheri, yana da (Sakamako) daidai da wanda ya
aikata wannan aiki.” [Imam Muslim]
.

Malam Ya cigaba da bayani game da
DA’AWAH TA HANYAR AIKIN HISBAH
.
Haqiqa ayyukan da’awah a qarqashin Hisbah ya tattara abubuwa masu yawa
wadda ya shiga cikin aqidah, ibadah,
Mu’amala da zamantakewar al’ummar
musulmai, sannan kuma aikin Hisbah ya
samo asali ne daga ayyukan Manzon
ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) da khalifofinsa masu daraja. Misalin irin
ayyukan Hisbah na Manzon ALLAH
(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) sune:
.
1● An kar6o hadith daga Abdullahi Bin
Abbas (RA) Yace: Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya goya
Fadhl Ibn Abbas a bayan taguwarsa, sai
ga wata mace daga qabilar khash’an
tazo (don fatawa), sai Fadhl Bin Abbas ya
juya yana kallonta itama tana kallonsa,
sai Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Yasa hannunsa ya kautar da
fuskar Fadhl zuwa 6angare
daban.” [Imamul Bukhari]
.
2● An kar6o hadith daga Abu-hurayrah
(RA) Yace: Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Ya wuce ta wajen wani
sanhon abinci, sai yasa hannunsa aciki
sai yaji danshi-danshi, sai Yace: Menene
Wannan kai mai sayarda abinci? Sai
yace ruwan sama ne ya doke shi, sai
Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Yace: Menene yasa baku
sanya jiqaqqun a sama ba, don mutane
su gani? Duk wanda ya mana algus
(Ha’inci) baya tare da mu.” [Imam Muslim]
.
3● Ankar6o daga Abdullahi ‘Dan Umar (RA) Yace: Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu
Alaihi Wasallam) Ya umurceni da inzo
masa da wuqa mai kaifi, sai naje na kawo
masa ita, sai ya aika aka waso masa ita,
sannan sai yace gobe kazo mini da ita,
sai nazo da ita washegari. Sai Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) Yaje
kasuwar Madina tare da sahabban sa.
Acikin kasuwar kuma akwai sulkunan
giya wad’anda aka kawo daga Sham, sai
Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi
Wasallam) Ya kar6i wuqar nan daga hannu na, ya huhhuda wad’annan
salqunan giyar, sannan ya bani wuqar ya
umurci sahabban sa wad’anda suke tare
dashi da su wuce gaba su taimaka mini.
Ni kuma Yace da ni ka zaga kasuwannin
gaba d’aya kada ka bar wata salqar giya face ka huda ta. Haka kuwa na aikata,
banbar salqar giya ba acikin kasuwannin
nan face na huda ta.” [Musnad Imam
Ahmad]
.
Irin wad’annan ayyuka na da’awah sun gudana a lokacin khalifofin Manzon
ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) da
kuma wad’anda suka biyo bayansu da
kyautatawa. Kuma yana daga cikin
ayyukan alkhayri masu fa’idah da ake
buqatar masu jagorancin al’ummar musulmai suyi kwad’ayin tabbatarwa
acikin mulkinsu domin samun tsira aranar
qarshe.
.
Amma aikin bai taqaita ga
shuwagabannin al’umma kawai ba, a’a aiki ne da ya kamata ya gudana a
tsakanin musulmai. Wallahu A’alam.

Malam Ya cigaba da bayani game da
DA’AWAH TA HANYAR AIKIN HISBAH
.
Malamai sun kafa hujjar aikin hisbah a qarqashin ayar Alqur’ani inda ALLAH
(SWT) Yake cewa:
.
ﻭَﻟْﺘَﻜُﻦ ﻣِّﻨﻜُﻢْ ﺃُﻣَّﺔٌ ﻳَﺪْﻋُﻮﻥَ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺍﻟْﺨَﻴْﺮِ ﻭَﻳَﺄْﻣُﺮُﻭﻥَ
ﺑِﺎﻟْﻤَﻌْﺮُﻭﻑِ ﻭَﻳَﻨْﻬَﻮْﻥَ ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻨﻜَﺮِ ﻭَﺃُﻭﻟَٰﺌِﻚَ ﻫُﻢُ ﺍﻟْﻤُﻔْﻠِﺤُﻮﻥَ
. “Kuma wata jama’a daga cikinku, su
kasance suna kira zuwa ga alkhayri,
kuma suna umurni da alkhayri, kuma
suna hani daga abunda ake ‘Ki, kuma
wad’annan sune masu cin nasara.” [Ali-
imran: 104] .
Haka kuma Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu
Alaihi Wasallam) Yana cewa: “Duk wanda
yaga wani abun Qi acikin ku ya chanja
shi da hannunsa, idan bazai iya ba ya
chanja shi da harshensa, idan bazai iya ba ya Qi shi a zuciyar shi, wannan shine
mafi raunin imani.” [Imam Muslim]
.
Babban dalilin aikin Hisbah shine domin
a kawar da bayyananniyar 6arna a kuma
dawo da ayyuka kyawawa a tsakanin al’ummar Musulmai a lokacin da aikinsu
yayi qaranci don kaucewa fushin ALLAH.
Domin lokacin da kyawawan ayyuka suka
yi qaranci a tsakanin musulmai kuma
6arna da fasadi suka bayyana qarara
acikin al’umma, to ya wajaba ga dukkan wanda yake raye acikin al’umma ya tashi
tsaye wajen ganin anyi maganin
wad’annan mas’aloli. Idan mutum yayi
shiru Yana ganin shi ya kama Kansa, ya
tsare kansa don haka babu ruwansa da
sauran al’umma, to haqiqa idan musifa tazo aukuwa ga wannan al’umma ba zata
bar kowa ba, matuqar yana ganin 6arna
bai yi qoqarin hanawa ba.
.
Don haka ne acikin wani hadisi da aka
kar6o daga Nu’uman Bin Bashir (RA), Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi
wasallam) Yace: “Misalin wanda yake

tunda mu a Qasa muke ba sai mun hau
sama mun cutar dasu ba, Anan sai Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi
Wasallam) Yace: “idan na saman nan
suka bari na Qasan suka huda jirgin, to
baki d’ayansu zasu halaka amma idan
suka yi riqo da hannun su (suka hana su
huda jirgin) to sai su ku6uta kuma su ku6utar dasu baki d’aya.” [Imamul
Bukhari]
